Members are entitled to the following benefits:
- Discounts of $20 are available to members on registration for any JLA-sponsored programmes.
- Members
automatically receive at least one volume of Jewish Law
Association Studies per year, in both print and electronic (pdf) form
(the latter, on terms that it is not further distributed).
- Any
further volumes published in that membership year will be supplied at
least in pdf form (without further cost), and the print version
will be available to members to purchase at cost (normally no more than $20 for a paperback, including postage), if not also supplied gratis.
- Members
are entitled each year to receive without charge up to five pdfs from
our library of articles from published JLAS volumes, and are eligible
to purchase further articles at $5.00 per item.
- Members
are eligible to purchase back issues of volumes from the Association, at concessionary prices.
- Members
of The Jewish Law Association may also order The Jewish Law Annual
(a separate series, not published by the Association) at concessionary prices: see http://www.legaltheory.demon.co.uk/Discounts.pdf.

- A substantial quarterly
E-newsletter (distributed only to paid-up members) highlights
information on publications on Jewish law and on Jewish law study
programmes and conferences, and also includes in each issue a feature
article.
- The
web site is being redesigned to include an expanding members'
only archive of resources for study and research in Jewish
law, members' articles and a backrun of issues of the E-Newsletter.

A concessionary, half-price membership,
with full member privileges is available to students and unwaged pensioners.
