  • Members automatically receive at least one volume of Jewish Law Association Studies per year, in both print and electronic (pdf) form (the latter, on terms that it is not further distributed).
  • Any further volumes published in that membership year will be supplied at least in pdf form (without further cost), and the print version will be available to members to purchase at cost (normally no more than $20 for a paperback, including postage), if not also supplied gratis.
  • Members are entitled each year to receive without charge up to five pdfs from our library of articles from published JLAS volumes, and are eligible to purchase further articles at $5.00 per item.

  • Members are eligible to purchase back issues of volumes from the Association, at concessionary prices.
  • Members of The Jewish Law Association may also order The Jewish Law Annual (a separate series, not published by the Association) at concessionary prices: see http://www.legaltheory.demon.co.uk/Discounts.pdf. A full list of the contents of vols. I-XVII of The Jewish Law Annual may be downloaded here. Other discounts are also offered to members from time to time.
  • A substantial quarterly E-newsletter (distributed only to paid-up members) highlights information on publications on Jewish law and on Jewish law study programmes and conferences, and also includes in each issue a feature article.
  • The web site is being redesigned to include an expanding members' only archive of resources for study and research in Jewish law, members' articles and a backrun of issues of the E-Newsletter.
